Today most engineers and technicians requiring temperature measurements for critical processes need to meet comprehensive safety requirements and potentially difficult or remote installations while taking into consideration the costs of a project. The application demonstrates how to save money using a dual input to read HART data from two sensors into one HART input on a BPCS or PLC, eliminating a second input point.
